Store and ordering status
PVO is an online store serving pet households in Malaysia. The website is live for browsing and online payment has not yet been activated. Orders will open once checkout is ready. The operator’s full business details and direct customer-service contacts will be added before trading begins.
Prices and product details
Prices are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Check the selected variant, quantity, any disclosed charges and the final total before paying. Standard shipping across Malaysia is free with no minimum spend. Packaging appearance may vary by batch; the selected product’s format and pack size remain as described. Manufacturer brands belong to their respective owners.
Payment and order acceptance
When ordering opens, use only the payment methods displayed at checkout. Cash on delivery is not available. An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; fulfilment remains subject to successful payment and product availability. If an item cannot be supplied or a material listing error affects an order, we will contact you to agree an alternative or refund any payment for the affected item.
Delivery, cancellation and returns
Orders are dispatched from West Malaysia. Preparation and delivery times are estimates. Address changes and cancellation should be requested before dispatch. Our Delivery & returns page explains the 7-day unopened change-of-mind return policy and the separate handling of wrong or faulty products. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot be excluded under applicable Malaysian law.

Use each product according to its original label and appropriate veterinary advice. Website content does not provide an individual diagnosis or promise a particular outcome. Keep account access secure and supply accurate contact and delivery information.
Questions
Use the contact form with the relevant product name or order number. Do not include passwords or payment-card details. We will provide a return address when a return is arranged; the dispatch address on a parcel is not automatically the return address.
